Saja User Agreement

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to your use of the Saja app and related in-app legal pages made available through the app, the app listing, or bundled project files. By downloading, installing, opening, or using Saja, you agree to this User Agreement and to the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your device, you are responsible for making sure they use the App in a manner consistent with this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Local Rules

You must have the legal capacity to agree to this User Agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf before you use the App.

3. App License

Subject to this Agreement, Saja grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible Apple devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

• You do not acquire ownership of the App, its design, code, or in-app systems.
• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the App.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where mandatory law expressly allows it.

4. Core App Features

The current version of Saja may include:

Features may evolve over time. Early, prototype, or live-balance versions may change without preserving identical game values, layouts, or feature timing.

5. Tasks, Photos, and User Materials

Some parts of the App let you enter your own text or attach an optional image to a memory card. You keep ownership of the content you lawfully create or select, but you grant us a limited right to process and display it inside the App as needed to provide the feature on your device.

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the text and images you add.
• You must have all rights and permissions necessary for any photo you select.
• You should avoid placing highly sensitive personal information into task text or images unless you accept the privacy risks of storing it on your own device.
• You may delete memory cards or reset local progress using in-app controls where available.

6. Virtual Coins and Purchases

Saja may offer virtual coins through Apple in-app purchases. Virtual coins are digital in-app entitlements licensed to you for use inside Saja only. They are not bank accounts, stored value accounts, or real-world property.

• Virtual coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed outside the App.
• Pricing, bundles, promotions, and availability may change at any time to the extent allowed by law and Apple platform rules.
• Purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by Saja. Your payment method, billing details, and refund handling are subject to Apple's policies.
• Except where required by law or Apple's applicable refund processes, in-app purchases are final.
• We may keep limited transaction identifiers or entitlement records to prevent duplicate crediting and to honor purchased coins.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading activity.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, revive counts, coin balances, transaction states, or local records through unauthorized means.
• Interfere with the App, Apple purchase flows, device security, or any usage restrictions built into the App.
• Upload or attach content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or similar rights of others.
• Use automation, scripts, or exploit tools to bypass ordinary gameplay, coin, or purchase mechanics.

8. Availability and Updates

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature parity, or error-free operation. Compatibility may depend on your device, iOS version, Apple services, storage, and network availability for purchase-related functions.

You are responsible for keeping your device software reasonably current and for maintaining backups and security controls appropriate for your own device.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's code, interface design, visual layout, gameplay systems, branding, virtual item structure, text not submitted by users, and related creative elements are owned by Saja or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Nothing in this Agreement gives you the right to use Saja names, logos, design assets, or gameplay systems outside the ordinary personal use of the App without prior written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the App is also governed by the Saja Privacy Policy, which explains what information the current version of the App stores, how it handles optional photo selections, how Apple purchase processing fits into the flow, and what rights may apply in places such as California, Canada, Singapore, and Australia.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, free of defects, or suitable for every purpose.

• The App is designed for entertainment and lightweight task support, not for emergency use, health use, legal use, or professional reliance.
• Game outcomes, rewards, and balancing are not guaranteed and may vary by version, update, or device conditions.
• Any optional image or text you store in the App remains subject to the security and access controls of your own device.

12. Limits of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Saja and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or device misuse arising from your use of the App.

If we are found liable despite the foregoing, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for Saja virtual items during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

13. Regional Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-waivable rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Except to the extent mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at Saja-yb@163.com and make a good-faith effort to describe the issue and seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally and local law permits, the state or federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction. If local law gives you a different non-waivable forum right, that right remains unaffected.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement when the App's features, monetization, legal obligations, or privacy practices change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional in-app or store-page notice.

Your continued use of the App after an updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the revised version, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
