1. Overview
Saja is designed around a local-first experience. The current version stores gameplay progress, settings, task text, memory-card entries, and optional memory-card photos on your device. When you choose to make a coin purchase, Apple processes that purchase under its own platform terms and privacy practices, and the App receives limited purchase status and transaction information needed to grant in-app coins and prevent duplicate credits.
2. What We Handle
| Category | Examples in Saja | How It Is Stored or Received | Main Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| User-provided task content | Task titles or challenge text you type into the App | Stored locally on your device | To display, track, and update your task list |
| Gameplay and progress data | Scores, best run, total runs, revive counts, coin balance, coin history, settings | Stored locally on your device | To operate gameplay, progress, rewards, and preferences |
| Optional memory-card photos | Images you deliberately select using Apple's photo picker for a memory card | Converted and stored locally on your device; not uploaded by the current App | To let you personalize post-run memory cards |
| Memory-card metadata | Card creation date, score snapshot, survival time, image file reference | Stored locally on your device | To build and manage your memory-card gallery |
| Purchase and entitlement data | Product ID, transaction ID, transaction status, processed transaction markers | Received from Apple StoreKit and partly stored locally on your device | To validate purchases, grant coins, and avoid duplicate credits |
| Information Apple handles separately | Apple ID account relationship, billing details, payment method, App Store records | Handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy notice | To process payments and platform entitlements |
In the current release, we do not require account registration and we do not intentionally collect contact lists, precise location, microphone recordings, camera input, or advertising identifiers.
3. How Information Is Collected
- Directly from you: when you type task text, toggle settings, start a purchase, complete tasks, or choose a photo for a memory card.
- Automatically inside the App: when the App records scores, progress, coin movements, revive usage, and memory-card metadata needed to run the experience.
- From Apple: when Apple StoreKit returns purchase status, product identifiers, or verified transaction details needed to deliver purchased virtual coins.
4. How We Use Information
We use information handled by Saja to:
- Operate the App's gameplay, task, progress, revive, and coin systems.
- Save your settings and restore your local experience when you return to the App.
- Create and display memory cards and optional photo attachments on your device.
- Verify in-app purchases, prevent duplicate coin grants, and keep local coin records.
- Maintain security, detect misuse of local entitlements, and comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to support, privacy, or legal inquiries you send to us.
6. International and Platform Transfers
Because Saja is currently local-first, the App does not ordinarily upload your task text, scores, memory-card photos, or settings to a Saja-controlled backend. However, Apple and its affiliated platform services may process purchase-related information in countries other than your own under Apple's own privacy terms and security controls.
If Saja later adds cloud sync, accounts, external backups, or third-party service providers, this Policy will be updated before or when those practices materially change.
7. Retention
- Task content, settings, scores, coin balances, coin history, and memory-card metadata are retained on your device until you change, delete, reset, or remove them.
- Optional memory-card photos remain on your device until you delete the memory card, replace the image, reset local progress, or uninstall the App.
- Processed transaction markers may remain locally as long as reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate coin credits and maintain purchase integrity.
- Emails or support correspondence you send to us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the inquiry, document the issue, and satisfy legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the current App design, including Apple's app sandbox model, local application storage, limited purchase-state handling, and minimal collection design. Even so, no device, local storage environment, or transmission path is perfectly secure.
You are also responsible for your own device security, including passcodes, backups, access controls, OS updates, and safe handling of photos or other personal information you choose to store on your device.
9. Your Choices and Controls
Photos Are Optional
You do not need to add a photo to use Saja. If you choose a photo for a memory card, that is your voluntary action and you may later delete that memory card.
Local Deletion
You can delete memory cards, remove optional images, or reset local progress within the App where those controls are available.
Purchase Controls
You can manage in-app purchase restrictions, parental controls, and refunds through Apple settings and Apple's platform support tools.
Support Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion guidance, or privacy help at Saja-yb@163.com.
Because much of the current App data is stored locally on your own device, some rights may be most effectively exercised by using in-app deletion controls, deleting the App, or asking us how to locate the relevant local records.
10. Regional Privacy Notices
California
If Saja is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive non-discriminatory treatment regarding covered personal information, as well as the right to opt out of sale or sharing. Saja does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current version.
The current App does not track your activity across third-party websites or apps for advertising purposes, so browser-based Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are not used to govern any such sale or sharing flow in this release.

11. Children's Privacy
Saja is not intended to knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. The current version does not require account creation and primarily stores data locally on the device. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through support communications or another channel under our control, contact Saja-yb@163.com so we can review the issue.
Parents and guardians should supervise any child's use of optional text or photo features on the device itself.
